This Web site has been created to house all of the trends, issues, drivers, and uncertainties monitored and identified by the Severson National Information Center Librarians and the National Trend Advisory Committee. It is intended to supplement the Alliance for Children and Families' trend report, Scanning the Horizons, an annual executive summary of the top trends identified for the year. The trend web site provides additional information and analyses for a more wide-ranging inventory of trends, and makes this continuously updated data and knowledge instantly available to Alliance for Children and Families members.
This Web site was developed in keeping with Alliance for Children and Families' goals and our overriding value of "Members First":
- Provide superior membership services
- Generate knowledge so that our network can lead, challenge and inspire the field
- Exert national visibility and impact
You can be part of this knowledge sharing by joining the National Trend Committee.
